Lillian and Shannon are phenomenal! Very responsive and in a timely manner. My family and I created memories that will last a lifetime. I highly recommend having your morning coffee on the balcony looking over the water while the birds are singing. Pure bliss! Their attention to detail and hospitality make you feel right at home. The house is very clean and well maintained. I would definitely book this home again.

Had a great time staying during a hot and humid summer weekend. Made great use of the kayaks and swimming in the creek. Note that you can’t touch the bottom in the creek off the dock, but we would paddle a short ways up the creek to little sandy patches for our toddler to wade in the water. House had everything we needed. Lillian was a great host, very communicative and the property manager reached out on our first day to say she was available if we needed anything. We didn’t but it was great to know we could easily reach out if we had any issues. Was also a good location to explore the small towns in the Hudson valley and all they had to offer. Would stay again next time we’re in the area!

We went for a girl's trip to settle down and unwind. It was perfect, clean, and exactly as described! She even had toothbrushes in case we were without. The separate bedroom in the sauna would have been amazing but the smell of the treated wood was way too strong for any of my group to sleep in there. I would suggest a screen in the pop out window to help air it out and it will be perfect as well! The area was quiet and serene and even with work being done on the house next door, didn't bother us one bit. DO NOT forget the bug spray. Those NY mosquitoes love the AB+ blood type. They feasted on me even with it on, but the other 4 women I was with, hardly got bit at all. We would definitely visit again. 10 out of 10!

We were a family of 11 going to a wedding in Saugerties. The option of a hotel for us all is not ideal so we always look for a short term rental house. Sometimes the place we rent is disappointing as it is not as advertised. The google picture from the street is not that great as the place really has no curbside appeal. We were more than pleasantly surprised with this place. It was spotlessly clean, the towels were great, the location perfect, the beds comfortable, the kayaks fun, etc. The house is a short walk from the main part of the town. We could walk to the 'night before' activities in the town and it was a short ride to the wedding venue. We could not think of a thing that was missing.

We had a group of 15 attending a wedding and this was the perfect location! Unfortunately it was pouring rain over the weekend but this amazing airbnb had more than enough entertainment - TVs, Games, Hot Tub & Sauna! Our group had so much fun and it was hassle free to check in & check out. Also great location since it’s walking distance to town and has a large yard in the back for groups to hangout together. Although it’s 2 different units, the living room was large enough to entertain our whole group without feeling separated within the units! 10/10 recommend staying here!

We had a brief weekend stay for graduation. The place was great for the group of five. The house was clean and laid out well. With two baths, it was easy to get ready. The kitchen was nicely equipped.

We loved the home and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay. So much room and things to do. The home was beautiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this well-located house in the heart of beautiful Saugerties. The home was spotless, situated right across from the serene frozen lake. Our kids especially enjoyed the arcade games. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The house was very clean, easy to get to, easy check-in, wonderful communication, a welcome note on arrival (and a bottle of wine for valentine's day - thank you very much). The kitchen had everything we needed. This house was perfect for our family of four. Would definitely come back when skiing in the area again!

We loved the house and location. We arrived early and Lillian and Shannon were so very accommodating. They even made sure to have the lights turned on for us. Very kind and responsive. Even had coffee for the morning and all the little things one might forget to pack.
